The staff was helpful and efficient, making me feel welcome. the location is fantastic, within walking distance to Copley Square and many restaurants. the lobby lounge was a great place to relax and unwind after a day of exploring the city. the daily breakfast at the Gallery was a delightful start to my mornings. the room I was given was small with no drawers for clothes and a malfunctioning bathroom sink faucet. the parking attendants were unhelpful and made me feel like a burden when I needed my car. the rotating art gallery on the Mezzanine floor added a creative touch to the experience. In conclusion, W Boston has its highs and lows. While the location and atmosphere are top-notch, improvements are needed in room maintenance and service efficiency. I would consider staying here again, but I hope to see some enhancements in the overall guest experience.
